OpenCard is the Arcadia Suite’s web platform intended to managing service stations’ fleets and customers.

OpenCard Platform operates through a number of features responsible for the configuration, decoding and redirecting all the information they receive from the customer for real-time management of all transactions.

OpenCard Platform consists of the Credit and Loyalty modules. OpenCard Loyalty is a complete marketing application devoted to customer loyalty in the long term. OpenCard Credit is responsible for local credit management and includes a clearing centre to clear or deny online transactions with the maximum guarantee. To ensure credit operations in any situation of communication failure, IVR automatic switchboard offers a high quality backup technology.

Both Credit and Loyalty, coordinated with other portals of Arcadia, such as Customer Site, where customers of the station consult and manage their accounts, media and associated software, and CardGate, the application that lets you recording and labelling magnetic stripe cards (credit, cash payment or loyalty) completely customized for your station or network of stations.
