OpenCard Credit is ARCADIA Suite’s powerful web platform that has been created for the management of the customers who have sales with own credit and fleets.
It disposes of a Credit Clearing Centre that can be accessed online, which has the function of approving or refusing supplies by using fleet cards or tags, thus guaranteeing secure transactions and, consequently, avoiding any type of fraud.
It enables you to work with different identifying supports, various programs of credit, pre-payment and post-payment, and the identification of the vehicles owned by each customer and company.
OpenCard Credit enables you to know and manage the current debt of your customer in real time.
OpenCard Credit is highly configurable and flexible; it is able to establish limits of refuelling and to dispose of a great number of validation rules for the configuration of its use at different levels.
OpenCard Credit complements and coordinates the ARCADIA applications for Head Office management: Customer Site, Invoicing Management and IVR (support for the authorization of credit transactions).
